Cornell employers will not send electronic payroll checks by email and will not ask students to make gift card purchases on their behalf.

Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program Application

Please complete the Yellow Ribbon Program application with a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility from the VA. Veterans who will be using their own benefits (not benefits transferred from a parent) must also submit a copy of their DD214, Member 4.

Yellow Ribbon Application

In submitting the Yellow Ribbon application, you are indicating your intent to utilize your Post-9/11 GI Bill® and Yellow Ribbon eligibility.  Cornell offers aid based on financial need. If you apply and qualify for need-based aid, you may not need to utilize Yellow Ribbon/VA/GI Bill® Benefits. Contact our office if you have questions about how to proceed.

GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government Web site at www.benefits.va.gov/gibill.
