Financial aid is transferable during the fall and/or spring semesters for off-campus programs coordinated by the Office of Global Learning, an academic department, or approved field study/internship programs.
Program coordinators should provide the off-campus budgets and the list of participants to the Office of Financial Aid and Student Employment, at which time aid packages will be revised.
The Expected Family Contribution (EFC) remains the same for the academic year and aid is adjusted according to the higher or lower costs of the program. The work component for the semester(s) abroad will be converted to a loan. Students participating in an off-campus program should sign up for direct deposit through the Bursar’s Office.
